Cosmos Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead and contribute to a variety of multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a proven history in planning, designing, and implementing projects such as combined sewer separation, utility design, transportation infrastructure, and site development.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, clients, and contractors, while also helping to grow and mentor our engineering team.

Job Description
Cosmos Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead and contribute to a variety of multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a proven history in planning, designing, and implementing projects such as combined sewer separation, utility design, transportation infrastructure, and site development.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, clients, and contractors, while also helping to grow and mentor our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including site development works, earthworks, road design, underground drainage, and utility systems.
- Apply expertise in combined sewer separation, utility design, transportation infrastructure, and green infrastructure projects.
- Utilize civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) for project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Manage and mentor design personnel to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
- Maintain a proactive, adaptable approach to changing project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide construction/operational support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (M.S. preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering analysis and design.
- Professional Engineering licensure in PA and/or OH (preferred).
