Job Description
Cosmos Technologies, Inc. is seeking a qualified Environmental Engineer to join our staff. The selected candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team on a variety of water, wastewater, and civil engineering projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Address environmental challenges such as water and air pollution, waste disposal, and public health issues.
- Apply advanced principles of biology, chemistry, and environmental science to protect natural resources, wildlife, and human health.
- Inspect and evaluate industrial and municipal facilities to assess compliance with environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists to develop effective solutions to environmental problems.
- Travel to project locations as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without delay.
