Are You Ready to Return to Work... Safely?

​On April 23, 2020, Ms. Holly Douglas from Cosmos Technologies, Inc., on behalf of the Riverside Center for Innovation Boost Your Business Series, presented the webinar "How to Return to Work… Safely". The key message was what do employers need to do with regard to equipment, policies and procedures to ensure the safety of their workers as they return to office and field sites for work. The presentation was attended online by over 30 persons from PA to NC representing county and local government, engineering firms, construction companies, and office workers. Holly Douglas has over 25 years’ experience as an environmental and safety manager for various agencies and corporate entities including consulting, oil and gas, waste, and manufacturing.  She has worked on a number of green infrastructure projects as part of the design team as well as construction inspector.  A self-described tree hugger, Ms. Douglas is passionate about the environment and ensuring sustainable green practices for the future.

​Ms. Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Clarion University, a Master of Science degree in Safety Management from West Virginia University and an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
